Based on Long Island in Bohemia, New York, DSS maintains its own Dispatch Operations Center (DOC) in a secure facility with redundant data and power back-up capabilities.  With its technology and communications systems, DSS provides additional on-demand coverage as may be needed.

Operators monitor over 12,000 cameras and alarms, while also supporting the command centers of several national organizations. 

We currently provide dispatch services at multiple command centers serving a diverse range of clients, including 75 school districts, major pharmaceutical manufacturers, regional utilities providers and state agencies, as well as municipal and county emergency services and law enforcement. 

Our highly trained and experienced dispatchers and operators play critical roles in a fast-paced environment that support emergency conditions, such as major storms, vital substations, alarm response, communication escalation protocols, reporting verbally and in writing, and dispatching the appropriate critical personnel.
